The exponential growth in demand for data traffic due to smartphones, multimedia applications, video streaming, and a variety of connected devices has driven the construction of high-capacity, super-scale data centers designed to rapidly scale and respond to such dynamic workloads. To cope with this demand, most very large data centers using 100Gb/s Ethernet links will have to switch to 200Gb/s or even 400Gb/s Ethernet links to achieve higher throughput. In order to meet the market application demand, Beijing Zhaoliang Technology recently developed 400G QSFP DD products, details are as follows:

400G QSFP DD passive copper cable

QSFP DD(quad small form-factor pluggable double density) has an 8-channel electrical interface capable of up to 28Gbps NRZ or 56Gbps PAM-4 for polymerization of 200 or 400Gbps per port. Backward compatibility of the QSFP DD combination allows existing QSFP modules to be plugged into the QSFP DD port. Our QSFP DD cases feature a proprietary radiator design, making them the only solution to work in 15-18w applications at a low cost, providing superior thermal performance and signal integrity performance.

400G QSFP-DD SR8 PAM4 100M optical transceiver

The company's 400G QSFP-DD SR8 PAM4 100m Fiber transceiver is designed for 2x 200GBASE-SR4 Ethernet links up to 70m(OM3) or 100m(OM4) over multi-mode fiber (MMF) via FEC. This high-performance module integrates eight data channels in each direction. 8x26.5625GB. Each channel can operate at data rates up to 53.125Gbps using a nominal wavelength of 850nm. The electrical interface uses 76 contact edge connector, and the optical interface uses 24 fiber MTP/MPO connector. In line with the QSFP module's Common Management Interface Specification (CMIS), the 400G QSFP-DD SR8 transceiver uses Beijing Link's proven circuitry and VCSEL technology to provide reliable long life, high performance and consistent service.
